Fairfield Information Services utilizes VisionWeaver Media for a variety of mission critical projects

Fairfield Information Services is a nationwide provider of employment screening services for a wide range of companies. Additional services are provided through their OSHA training and drug screening divisions.

VisionWeaver Media has developed dynamic, integrated, database-driven sites for three separate FIS divisions and tied them all together through one easy to use content management system. FIS staff manage all site content through easy to use, fill in the blank forms and can dynamically change the sites' contents at any time.

An integrated help system was developed to aid clients in the entry of online background check requests. VisionWeaver developed Flash-based software tutorials based on actual software tasks. The tutorials were combined with common reference material in an online help system using RoboHelp software.

Order management consoles were developed for online entry of employer designated drug screening requests. Employers and FIS staff can check on order status at any time through a secure, integrated interface.

Promotional/educational projects have included several multimedia CD-ROM presentations integrating PowerPoint content with sychronized audio in a unified interface. A promotional video was also completed for use at trade shows and includes fast paced computer-generated graphics, original music and voiceover elements.

VisionWeaver staff also designed and produced voiceover files for the company's automated telephone system.
